Job Description:

• 
  
• Process customer orders and inquiries.
  
• Conduct thorough follow-up with business units regarding fixed or ad-hoc billing.
  
• Coordinate and communicate sales order status to customers and sales teams.
  
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth deliveries
  
• Manage export shipments
  
• Prepare shipping documents
  
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties
  

Requirement

• 
  
• Minimum N / O Levels / Nitec / 'A' Levels / Diploma / Degree
  
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment setting
  
• Experience in customer service / order fulfillment / shipping in related manufacturing industries
