Job Scope:



  • Assist Manager to oversee all staff training, learning opportunities and research on new areas for enhanced learning.
  • Coordinate the annual Learning Needs Analysis Exercise and analyze the trends in staff training.
  • Oversee the Ren Ci Hospital Orientation Programme and ensure all new hires are attending the respective modules.
  • Oversee student internships and liaise with the respective departments and schools for documentation.
  • Review of HR policies for relevance and updating.
    Support the manager and on the implementation and administration of HR policies and programs.
  • Assist to streamline HR processes where necessary, to enhance the department’s efficiency and effectiveness.
    Projects
  • Support Manager on special projects (e.G. Engagement Survey, Specialized training).
    Participate and support in projects in the HR transformation journey, where required.
  • Support cross department projects / initiatives.
  • Support to drive and implement department work plan to deliver results.
  • Assist to identify staff learning opportunities.
  • Support to create a culture of ownership &
    continuous learning in department / organization and Management of Training Funds.


Requirements:



  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant HR and supervisory experience
  • Exposure in community care sector is an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of Excel programme mainly in V-lookup and Pivot Tables is an advantage.
