Roles &
Responsibilities:
- Administer end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, scheduling, and handling employment contracts.
- Set up personnel files and update records in the system.
- Manage cessation processes, such as preparing acceptance of resignation letters and conducting exit interviews.
- Participate in company events and assigned projects.
- Perform day to day bookkeeping &
financial operations.
- Maintain full set of accounts.
- Handle general ledger, accounts receivables and accounts payable functions.
Requirements:
- preferably in HR/Accounts discipline.
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors will be advantageous.
