3 To 6 Months Contract Executive - Destination Management (Up To $3, 500 Per Month) Bts

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Handle operations in the cruise division such as planning and arranging ground transportation, hotel bookings, shore excursions etc
  
• Field work when cruise ships or guests are in town
  
• Assist to plan ground operations prior to ship / guests’ arrivals
  
• Manpower planning for staffing on the ground during field operations
  
• Create new and unique tour programmes
  
• Provide invoices for accounting to close after each cruise assignment
  
• Working over the weekends and during public holidays may be required when cruise ships or guests are in town
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Tourism/Hospitality experience preferred
  
• Diploma/Degree in Tourism/Hospitality
