Banquet Operations Executive

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operations and management of banquet events and functions
  
• Liaise with guests to understand their requirements and expectations for their events
  
• Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of banquet events such as room setup, menu planning, staffing, equipment, etc.
  
• Manage and lead the banquet operations team, including servers, bartenders, and other support staff
  
• Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction are maintained during events
  
• Handle any issues or challenges that arise during events and troubleshoot as needed
  
• Prepare event reports and performance analytics for management
  
• Collaborate with other departments like Catering, Sales, and Facilities to ensure smooth event execution
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve banquet operations
  
• Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations for food and beverage service
  
• Assist in developing and implementing new banquet packages and offerings
