6mths Logistics Executive - Up To $3. 2k Hkht

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate invoices/DO for daily deliveries
  
• Liaise with appointed forwarders and couriers for deliveries
  
• Liaise with main warehouse and appointed 3rd party warehouses for release of goods
  
• Organise and manage inventory, storage and transportation
  
• Ensure safe and timely pickup and delivery
  
• Address and resolve inventory issues
  
• Respond to customer queries and refer clients to the proper channels
  
• Review customer PO and delivery note to ensure accuracy
  
• Perform inventory check (twice yearly)
  
• Provide customer service, coordination and admin/sales support
  
• Other adhoc duties
  

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Logistics / Shipping
  
• Min 2 years experience in Order Management
  
• Able to start immediate
  

Location:
Pandan Loop

Working hours:
Monday - Friday, office hours
