Job Responsibilities
Account:
· Prepare and handle daily accounting operation AP/AR
· Answer phone calls and reply email for matters related to admin, customer payment
· Prepare customer invoices and chase outstanding payments through phone call
· Fellow up on outstanding accounts
· Invoicing, payment, payment voucher, issuing of cheque, reconciliation of bank statements, etc
· Monitor bank transaction and record payments and receipts
· Prepare and generate monthly report to External Accountant
· Liaise with external auditors and agencies
· Computer literacy, good in mathematics, a detailed person
· Required skill(s):
Microsoft Office
· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Admin:
· Maintain office supplies and order office supplies (e.G. printer ink, pantry refreshment)
· Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, binding, scanning
· Maintain computer and manual filing system
· Provide clerical and administrative support to Manager
· Assist in organizing company staff activities and welfare
· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
· Diploma or Higher Nitec are welcome to apply
· Responsible, good work attitude, good communicator and able to multi-task
· Fast and eager learner
· Attentive to details
· Ability to work efficiently and independently
· Proficient in MS Office, Excel Spreadsheet
