My client is a leading IT solution provider with presence in more than 80 countries alongside and with more than 70 years of proven track record in providing full-suite enterprise solutions to its clients across a diverse range of industries.




As part of their expansion, they are looking for an Account Manager with a proven track record in hunting and farming clients for their public sector healthcare vertical.




About the role


Reporting to the Client Director, your responsibilities would includes


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and pain points.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions and services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers within the healthcare sector.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.


Skills and experience required


  • 7 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably within the systems integration or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare, Public sector sector, including industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
