We are seeking an experienced Account Manager (Channel Partners) to develop and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, providing support and training, and managing the performance of existing partners.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts to identify sales opportunities.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners in Southeast Asia and other regions.
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients and resellers.
  • Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives.
  • Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
  • Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue.


Requirements:


  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the education or software industry is preferred.
  • Proven track record in account management.
  • Familiarity with software sales process.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of online marketing is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.



Salary

$4,000 - $6,000
(plus performance bonuses)
