The Account Manager is responsible for developing, monitoring and managing the assigned portfolio of brands and merchants for Superstore, achieving margin and targets through establishing strong key account relationships with a focus on supporting the partners in developing and attaining their business goals with the platform.




Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain a strong and positive relationship with the assigned portfolio of brands and merchants for Superstore.
  • Work closely with partners to understand their business objectives and provide support in achieving these goals through platform.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, margins, and targets for the assigned brands and merchants.
  • Regularly communicate and collaborate with partners to ensure their needs are met, and any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Manage pricing competitiveness of the portfolio to attract and retain customers while achieving desired margins.
  • Curate and optimize the product assortment to align with customer demands and market trends.
  • Ensure stock availability and timely replenishment to meet customer demands and avoid stock outs.
  • Negotiate promotion deals with partners to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.




Job Requirements:


  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Account manager or in a similar key account management role.
  • Minimum 2 years of working &
    sales experience.
  • Goals driven and customer-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
