(WEST REGION) - Toh Guan Road

PURPOSE

The staff will be part of the AP Section in Finance reporting to the Assistant Manager, Finance &
will be responsible forthe AP transaction for all divisions (Centralized function).

ROLE &
RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monthly account settlement. (double entries of freight transaction)
   
2. Monitoring of account outstanding items. (dispute items to follow up)
   
3. Monthly reconciliation of SOA. (AP portion)
   
4. Check &
   review on Procurement system invoices submission. (Tenderboard)
   
5. Prepare necessary document for expenses recover/reimbursement.
   
6. Ad-hoc assignment by Manager
   

REQUIREMENT

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
  
• Technical Skills and Prior Experience
  
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experiences in accounting on AP section (double entries).
  
• Experience in both Share Service and Freight Forwarding &
  Logistics company is preferred
  
• IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft office (Excel and Word) &
  SAP accounting system
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Independent, meticulous and good team player
  
• Multi-tasks, work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
