Our Client is the world's leading chemical company engaging in the development, manufacturing and sale of a wide range of products for agricultural products and nutrition, colorants and finishing products, chemicals, and plastics and fibers for numerous applications in almost all industries.

Objectives:

1. To support Finance and Controlling Fucnctions during NGBA.
   
2. Financial Controller 100% dedicated to NGBA as Country Co-Ordinator and Site Captain. Controlling and Finance colleagues involved in NGBA training, data validation, UAT and go-live.
   
3. The primary role is to support all aspects of the controlling and financial accounting of Company group in SEA. The end result is to provide timely and accurate financial information to enable the company to function effectively within the legal and corporate framework.
   

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the monitoring of financial and accounting systems for the SEA companies including internal control and procedures
  
• Review monthly financial statements, management report, periodic review of accounting records for correctness and review of product costing
  
• Review cost allocation and cost centre report requirement regularly
  
• Assist with analysis of financial data and provide insights to support decision-making and assist stakeholders with any queries and in-depth analysis
  
• Manage provisions, computation and submissions
  
• Work with auditors and tax consultant to ensure that accounting standards are complied with and follow up on recommendations made by the internal and external auditors
  
• Check and ensure the correctness of fixed asset accounting and reporting
  
• Liaise with internal staff on enquiries related to Finance Hub services
  
• Assist the Manager of Finance and Controlling on ad-hoc projects
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or relevant professional qualification
  
• Minimum 3 years experience in accounting/ finance
  
• Knowledge of SAP accounting software
  
• Specialized knowledge of accounting principles and practice including local legislation such as the company act
