Accountant, Industrial Reit (12 Months Contract)

The Role

This position will be assist the group consolidation team and manager with the testings and UATs of the upcoming consolidation system.

Job Responsibilities

• Understands and is able to prepare and review consolidation proofs such as proofs of hedging reserves, foreign currency translation reserves, investment in associate.
  
• Able to prepare group consolidation and management reporting functions, in accordance with the statutory requirements as well as company policies and procedures.
  
• Assist team with implementation of new consolidation Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tool, including performance of UATs
  
• Assist team with timely and accurate preparation and analysis of the group financial and management reports
  
• Assist in the annual audit process, and tax filing matters as well as any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
  
• Other duties include Liaising with the overseas finance team for the submission and analysis of reports and for the group’s year-end audit matters.
  
• Any other duties as may be assigned by management.
  

Job Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent.
  
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experiences.
  
• Well-versed in SFRS, tax regulations and MS Excel.
  
• Experience with SAP system and/or real estate knowledge will have an added advantage.
  
• Meticulous, ability to work independently as well as being a good team player.
  
• Other attributes includes being responsible, organised and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
