As an Accounts and Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and administrative functions of our company. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, managing office operations, and supporting the overall efficiency of our business.




Key Responsibilities


Accounts Management:


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
  • Handle employee expense claims.


Administrative Support:


  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
  • Maintain and organize office files and records.
  • Support HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding.


Compliance and Reporting:


  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit required financial reports and documentation.
  • Assist with audits period.


Job Requirements


  • Preferably Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, ACCA or equivalent.
  • Good command of English and emotional intelligence to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meticulous, Self-motivated, pro-active, has great initiative &
    a team player.
  • Good learning attitude.
  • Preferably 1-2 years’ experience. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
