Accounts &
Admin:
- Handle Account Receivables &
Account Payables. - Manage office administration and handle all incoming calls and mails.
- Keep track of office payables (utilities, printing, rental, staff compensations, etc) and report to senior accounts colleague.
- General administrative duties including petty cash, data entries &
filing. - Hotel and flight reservations for traveling staffs.
Human Resources:
- Manage employee life cycle, recruitment, OT, reimbursements, compensations, onboarding, confirmation, promotion and separation.
- Processing monthly compensation and benefits.
- Apply for work permit for foreign staff(s).
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance
- Min 5 years of accounts and clerical experience in Engineering service industry or in related field.
- Conversant with MS office and AUTOCOUNT (Accounting software).
- Ability to work independently and able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Good team player with positive attitude.
- High level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Attention to detail and well organized.
- Good interpersonal &
strong customer servicecommunications skills.
Communications:
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.
- Able to start immediately.
