Accounts And Human Resources Officer

Accounts &
Admin:

• Handle Account Receivables &
  Account Payables.
  
• Manage office administration and handle all incoming calls and mails.
  
• Keep track of office payables (utilities, printing, rental, staff compensations, etc) and report to senior accounts colleague.
  
• General administrative duties including petty cash, data entries &
  filing.
  
• Hotel and flight reservations for traveling staffs.
  

Human Resources:

• Manage employee life cycle, recruitment, OT, reimbursements, compensations, onboarding, confirmation, promotion and separation.
  
• Processing monthly compensation and benefits.
  
• Apply for work permit for foreign staff(s).
  
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance
  
• Min 5 years of accounts and clerical experience in Engineering service industry or in related field.
  
• Conversant with MS office and AUTOCOUNT (Accounting software).
  
• Ability to work independently and able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  
• Good team player with positive attitude.
  
• High level of accuracy and efficiency.
  
• Attention to detail and well organized.
  
• Good interpersonal &
  strong customer servicecommunications skills.
  

Communications:

• Exceptional written communication skills.
  
• Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.
  
• Able to start immediately.
