Main Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of full sets
  
• Account Receivable (monitoring debtors list, deal with customer for receipts),
  
• Account Payable(monitoring payable list), keep all receipts payment records in order for entering into system.
  
• Bank reconciliation – tracking company transaction and ensure all payments are correct and on time,
  
• GST – input and output report
  
• Fixed assets schedule (prov. Of depreciation)
  
• Other ad-hoc activities as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Min Nitec/Diploma in Accountancy
  
• 2 years of relevant experience
  
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
