Responsibilities:

1)Processing invoices

2)Reconciliation of bank accounts

3)Handling of accounts payable and accounts receivables

4)Timely and accurately matching of Accounts Receivables payments and

updating of customer accounts.

Involves close monitoring payment receipts, investigating any discrepancies,

and communicating with customer or our sales staff to resolve issues promptly.

Your role include the process of receiving payments from customers through

Nets Terminal for our walk in customers.

5)Reconcile invoices and Accounts Payable payments

6)Preparation of daily reports and generating of sales invoices.

7)Prepare outward remittances

8)Monitoring expenses and incoming funds from banks

9)Classification of expense accounts and prepare all voucher and journal entries.

10)Handling general ledger entries

11)Possess skills and proficiency in accounting software

12)Proficiency in MS Excel spreadsheet software. Experience with creating

and managing spreadsheets, including formula functions.

13) Assisting and preparing year end audit schedule.

14) Including all others admin and general accounting duties.
