Job Descriptions:


  • Knowledge of Partial Financial Accounting.
  • Responsible for daily bookkeeping, data entry, Accounts Receivables / Payables functions, staff claims, Intercompany reconciliation and settlement, and other Accounting related duties assigned.
  • Responsible for updating the cashflow and bank reconciliation statement.
  • Performing administrative and clerical tasks, filing paperworks, and liaising with clients/suppliers for payment matters.
  • Perform any other Accounting / Finance duties and responsibilities as and when necessary.


Requirements:


  • At least 5 years of related working experience in an International Accounting office.
  • Knowledge of local requirements.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Resilience, flexibility, precision and teamwork, which are part of your personality.
  • Strong analytical skills, efficiency and accountability.
  • Good communication skills, also in dealing with partners for various cultures.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Confidentiality
  • Familiarity in EXACT &
    CargoWise One, Microsoft Outlook, TEAMS, Excel or related ERP.
  • Certificate or diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
  • Singaporean / Permanent Resident.
