Main Responsibilities:

• Processing of payments and AP/AR invoices
  
• Maintenance of listings/schedules
  
• Preparation of accrual listing for month-end closing
  
• Processing of journal entries
  
• Prepare AR aging report
  
• Process receipt entries in JDE upon receipt of payments from clients
  
• Send out payment reminders to clients with invoices due soon/overdue
  
• Perform bank reconciliation
  
• Assist in annual audit
  
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
  

Requirements:

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
  
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience
