Accounts Executive/Senior Accounts Executive (Shipping Industry, Paya Lebar)

• Responsible for the vessel accounts, approx. handle 5-7 vessels
  
• Main accounting functions include-
  - Process PI (Purchase Invoices) by matching PO (Purchase Order) and GRA (Goods Receipt Acknowledgement) integrated from SMMS to NAV
  - Generate monthly Sales Invoices/Manager Statements from NAV to owners
  
• Liaise with respective departments to ensure all purchase costs incurred by vessels are properly charged out to the owner in a timely manner
  
• Any other tasks assigned from time to time
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Accounting or Business Studies, preferably 2-3 years of working experience of full/partial accounts
  
• Meticulous and attention to details is a must
  
• Working experience in shipping industry is an advantage
  
• Well versed with Microsoft Office and experience with ERP system is an advantage
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
