Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Provide accounting support to the accounting department (eg. Bank reconciliation, AR &
    AP)
  • Handly petty cash claims and process payments as assigned
  • Handling office tasks such as filing, data entry, document scanning, and etc
  • Other Ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned


Requirements:


  • Min GCE 'O' Level and above
  • Pleasant personality with good working attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, and MS Outlook. With knowledge of accounting software will be an advantage
