Job Scope/Responsibilities
· General administrative matters of the Company across our businesses
· Keeping track, filing and maintaining sales invoices, supplier invoices and relevant documents of the Company
· Arrange and liaise with third party partners with regards to the logistics matters of the Company
· Marketing and related matters of the Company with the objective of increasing sales revenue.
· Assist in the preparation, coordination for delivery and packing of sales of Company's products
· Any other matters and/or ad-hoc duties as required by the Director
Requirements
· Min GCE "
A"
Levels and above / Poly
· Responsible, reliable, good communication skills, ability to communicate with people of all levels, open minded with a keen interest to learn, able to work independently
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and online sales platforms (i.E. Shoppee, Lazada, Grab etc) a plus
