Responsibilities


  • Manage the bus shelter/road assets inventory including campaign updating, scheduling of campaigns, occupancy, etc.
  • Work collaboratively across all departments to ensure smooth operation.
  • Liaise with vendor for campaign installation and removal.
  • Manage and checking of proof of posting.
  • Coordinate client viewing.
  • Manage monthly reports.
  • Establish documentation and paperwork.
  • Provide operational assistance to the team when required.


Qualifications and Work Experience


  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table &
    Vlookup).
  • Relevant experience in administrative work is preferred.
