    8.30am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
  • Salary Range:
    $2,000 per month.


Job Description



  • Provide logistic and administrative support, assist with event registration and crowd control.
  • Perform general administrative duties not limited to:

    • Tracking and upkeeping the organisation's calendar of events
    • Provide different reporting and tracking including
      collation of vacancies, documents tracking, budget
      tracking, claims document verification and tracking
      on a daily or monthly basis.
    • Perform data entry, collation of data, preparation
      of letters, printing, scanning, filing,
      receipts/deliveries of documents and materials
      from partners.
    • Other duties assigned by the supervisor



Job Requirements



  • Min. GCE O Levels.
  • Computer Literate and proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Meticulous and independent with good coordination skills.
  • Able to work with multiple internal stakeholders concurrently in a fast-paced environment and a team player.
  • Able to work on weekends, for events/outreach and able to communte to various locations for events/outreach.
