job description

Administrative Functions
(1) Carry out proper filing of documents.
(2) Processing of resident's applications for use of facility, access cards, update of personal particulars, renovation, moving, and etc.
(3) Update and maintain data and building information &
records.
(4) Keep stock and ordering of office inventories.
(5) Provide administrative reports and support for the preparation and convening of council meetings and general meetings of the Management Corporation.
Financial Functions
(1) Issue receipts and manage refunds of deposits.
(2) Liaise with HQ Accounts department in the accounts receivables and payable matters.
(3) Update and keep records of all monetary transactions.
(4) Carry out daily closing of the accounts of monies received and hand over to Condo Manager based on the receipts and banking slips.
Maintenance Functions
(1) Attend inquiries and complaints.
Upkeep the office accessories and equipment and liaise with vendors / suppliers to repair and replace office accessories and equipme
