Monday - Thursday 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm

Working from home

Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative support for Public Libraries programmes. This includes data entry, copyediting of programme synopses and liaising with various departments.
  • Manage and respond to public enquiries via email.


Requirements


  • Min Diploma
  • Excellent verbal &
    written communication skills
  • Meticulous and organised.
  • Ability to communicate with the public and handle enquiries.
  • Good proficiency in English and able to write reasonably well.
