Admin Assistant (Lakeside - 5 Day)

Mon-Fri:
8am - 530pm

Lakeside Mrt Station

Company Nearest Mrt:
Tuas Cresent Mrt (Around 5-8 min walk)

Responsibility:

- Work closely with supervisor/manager to ensure production planning run smoothly and give support to the team.

- Coordinator between Admin and QA for any production issue.

- Ensure production output data are accurate and perform monitoring check.

- To be responsible of production data collection and data entry.

- Data key in for raw material withdrawal record, finished goods production.

- Ensure all the inspection record by production operators are accurately and comply with requirement

- Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staffs.

- Other related duties as assigned by the production / operation manager and managing director.

- Min 1 year working experience in manufacturing environment.

- Experience in Microsoft office

- Minimum secondary school.
