Job Responsibilities:




Logistics


  • Handle local and overseas shipment;

  • Handle customer correspondence and preparation of shipping documents;

  • Perform SAP sales order entry and another administrative task within department.


Purchasing


  • To source and obtain quotations from supplies;

  • To prepare and maintain the necessary documentation such as materials requisition, purchasing order, delivery order for all the transaction in purchasing and store, including goods rejects and returns, rework, repairs and QC;

  • To issue, receive and maintain inventory, consumable toolings, tools and equipment;

  • To liaise and coordinate with R&
    D and Manufacturing departments, customers, vendors about quantity, quality, delivery, cost control matters;

  • To perform all assigned duties and tasks within scheduled time.


Requirements:


  • GCE "
    N"
    or "
    O"
    Level -- ITE Certificate is a plus
  • Experience in Logistics;

  • Require simple Microsoft Word,Excel, knowledge;

  • Good team player;

  • Possess a positive learning attitude
