- Answering incoming calls and attend to visitors.
- Supervision of the Office Cleaner
- Ensure operation of equipment and fixtures, and call for repairs if necessary
- Assist in pantry stocking and stationery replenishment.
- Manage courier services and dispatch of mails.
- Assist in HR administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup)
