  • Answering incoming calls and attend to visitors.
  • Supervision of the Office Cleaner
  • Ensure operation of equipment and fixtures, and call for repairs if necessary
  • Assist in pantry stocking and stationery replenishment.
  • Manage courier services and dispatch of mails.
  • Assist in HR administrative duties.


Requirements:


  • Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup)
