Main Responsibilities:

• Simple Administrative Duties
  
• Processing &
  Creation of CS3, temp-supply applications
  
• Liaise with drawing teams on checking of single-line drawings
  
• Arrange, schedule, coordinate engineers for testing services
  
• Prepare for quotation, invoices, initial electrical installations certificates
  
• Scanning, e-filing of completed test reports
  
• Any other ad-hoc job being assigned
  

Requirements:

• Min O Level
  
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
