Roles &
Responsibilities Job Description Coordinate and manage purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts/pricing, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and pricing agreements indesignated folders. Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement orchanges as necessary. Sourcing for new/alternative vendors that offer betterprice/quality/services. Monitor and upkeeping of inventory levels. Provide administrative support within the department as needed. Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible. Manage insurance claims related to marine cargo, vehicle damage, and penalty claims. Liaise with insurance providers, assess claims validity, and ensure timely submission of documentation. Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, particularly in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns. Record daily outgoing mails for posting &
