Bazul, a leading law firm in Singapore is looking to hire an Admin Assistant.
The general scope of work includes but is not limited to the following:
-
- Data entry of Lawyers' contacts, deadlines and calendar appointments.
- Assist with planning and preparing the Lawyers' travel itinerary including liaising with Heads of Departments.
- Organise and arrange IT requirements for zoom court hearings, external meetings, team meetings etc.
- Submitting claims and liaising with HR, Finance and IT on the Lawyers' claims and administrative matters.
- Liaising with the secretaries and lawyers of the firm to collate and organise bundles and briefs Partners before client meetings or discussions.
- Other Ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a law firm, or preferably in a Professional Services industry
- No experience are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and organised
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver quality work under pressure and within deadlines
