Bazul, a leading law firm in Singapore is looking to hire an Admin Assistant.




The general scope of work includes but is not limited to the following:
-


  • Data entry of Lawyers' contacts, deadlines and calendar appointments.
  • Assist with planning and preparing the Lawyers' travel itinerary including liaising with Heads of Departments.
  • Organise and arrange IT requirements for zoom court hearings, external meetings, team meetings etc.
  • Submitting claims and liaising with HR, Finance and IT on the Lawyers' claims and administrative matters.
  • Liaising with the secretaries and lawyers of the firm to collate and organise bundles and briefs Partners before client meetings or discussions.
  • Other Ad-hoc tasks.


Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a law firm, or preferably in a Professional Services industry
  • No experience are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and organised
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver quality work under pressure and within deadlines
