Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper administration and organization of both electronic and paper files.
  
• Maintain and organize all project and administration folders on work servers and local computers.
  
• Assist in keeping spare parts and tools inventories updated and current.
  
• Compile and submit all daily, weekly, monthly, and annual accounts and accounting reports.
  
• Handle GST e-filing and year-end reporting.
  
• Assist in administering HR-related tasks, including monthly salary compilations and CPF submissions, and manage applications for new employment permits/work passes if required.
  
• Answer and direct phone calls, organize correspondence and answer inquiries.
  
• Other ad-hoc duties.

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience relevant experience
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
