Salary:
up to $3400 basic + PB (Avg. 2 months)
Requirements
- More than 3 years of working experience
- Background from either telco or FMCG experience will be advantages
- Tech savvy individual who can engage customers through digital platforms will be an advantage
Job Duties:
- Partner with Sales Operation team to handle the after-sales promotion order fulfilment support from customers, such as admin duties and liaise with customers if required
- Daily extraction &
checking of order status in system to ensure timely rectification of issues which may result in failed installations. - Raise incidents/requests to fail orders &
ensure re-provisioning of orders by the partners or internal stakeholders and ensure closure of the customers’ new sales orders. - Support checking of activity number (system) and provide to Partners for re-scheduling of appointments for customers.
- Liaise with Marketing &
partners to ensure delivery of premiums to customers. - Engage customers on digital platforms (such as telegram)
- Daily distribution of leads from system to partners
- Monitor and work with Marketing/Marcom to ensure new listing are updated in website.
