  • Job function - 70% Admin 30% Customer Support
  • Office located at Jurong East (3 mins walk from Jurong East MRT)




Administration - 70%


  • Day to day administrative duties.
  • Data entry, reporting and invoicing.
  • Manage calendar and schedule of bookings.
  • Update spreadsheets and prepare monthly reports.




Customer Support - 30%


  • Supporting onsite health screening events on a project basis.
  • Answering phone calls and taking appointment bookings and etc.
  • Responding to Email and Whatsapp inquiries.
  • Attend to customers’ enquiries, and feedback via phone calls, emails, and Whatsapp.


Job Requirements


  • Min GCE A' Level or Diploma in any discipline
  • Fluent in English (Conversational and Written)
  • Previous admin &
    coordination experienceis an advantage.
  • Detailed-oriented and resourceful.
  • Possess good organizational skills and time management.
  • Customer centric with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel
