job description
Responsibilities:
· Provide office administrative support &
Receiving visitors and serving of refreshments (Guest only)
· Daily lunch ordering for staff
· Manage office supplies to ensure optimum level are maintained particularly for general stationery and pantry supplies
· Handle phone calls, order lunch, courier services, correspondences including collection &
distribution of all mails, emails, faxes, etc
· Draft letters and other correspondences
· Travel arrangements including flight, hotel bookings (only when required)
· Maintain &
control efficient filing system of all documents
· Maintain database of contacts and email lists
· Prepare purchase order
· Apply Transport Approval through Licence One
· Manage and supervise cleaner work scope
· Perform orientation and issue items for new staff
· Provide Welfare support in Company related events and ad-hoc assignments/task as and when required
Requirements:
· Diploma holder
· Admin experience
· Proficiency in MS Words &
Excel
· Possess good time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks assigned
