Job Description
Providing back-end support to clinic operations which includes handling of reports and consolidating of medical results. The job encompasses the duties of customer service, data entry and reports generation &
submission.
Job Scope
- Supporting Clinic Operations on Health Screening reports.
- Provide operational support to the company's Telemedicine service
- Provide customer service support to clinic operations
- Maintain patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure timely patient care
- Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide information to patients and clients
Skills and Requirements
- Must be willing to work 5.5 days
- Meticulous and thorough attention to detail
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to communicate effectively and listen actively
- Customer service oriented
- Strong in administrative work
- Proficient in excel, word and outlook
- Able to work night shift is an advantage
