Admin Support (Bedok - 5 Day)

Job Responsibilities

· Perform administrative support for the Department

· Compile product information, generate product write ups and powerpoint

· Manage product inventory/sample processes

· Handling of product related enquiries and requests from regional offices

· Handling of product related complaints and defective claims process

· Liaise with suppliers and vendors as requried

· Assist the HOD and Manager in any assigned ad-hoc project or work as required

Requirements:

· Applicable to Singaporean/Permanent Resident Only

· Candidate must possess at least "
O"
Level, Professional Certificate/ NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field

· At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

· Required Skill(s):
Microsoft Office

· Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
