We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full Time Admin at Sparkflow Pte Ltd. As an Admin, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
2. Maintain office filing system and ensure all documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
3. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for the team.
4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
5. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
6. Handle general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
7. Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and other corporate functions.
8. Provide support to other team members as needed.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven work experience as an Admin, Office Assistant, or similar role.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
6. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
7. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Prior experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
