Full Time Basis (10am – 7pm, Mon – Fri)

Responsibilities

1. Accountable all inventory processes, activities, and transactions

2. Control and drive continuous improvement for stock accuracy, pick location replenishment, inbound and outbound of item(s)

3. Coordinate with warehouse sections on inventory matters.

4. Informing suppliers in cases of order mismatch or defective items

5. Maintain and ensure new products are correctly priced, listed and are up to date.

6. Manage the periodic and year-end stocktake audit.

7. Assist in shipping arrangements of air and sea, including input of data into forwarder website.

8. Coordinate monthly logistic activities. Monitor lead times and communicate effectively with vendors to prevent delays.

9. All other duties assigned as deemed necessary by the Procurement and Supply Chain manager.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum N level qualification

2. 1 year working experience as an Administrative Assistant in warehouse environment preferred.

3. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)

4. Detailed and meticulous

5. Ability to organise and prioritise.

6. Adaptable and flexible

7. Responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced environment
