Job Scope
- Preparation of Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, Payment vouchers, etc.
- Track and update item stock.
- Perform General Admin Duties &
handle all general incoming call. - Liaising with vendors and customers via phone and email.
- Filing of invoices, delivery order, purchase order and other documents.
- General paperwork, e.G. scanning / photocopying documents, and any other tasks as instructed.
- Prepare and consolidate monthly invoices and statement of accounts.
- Any other administrative tasks as requested.
Requirements
- Singaporeans, Singapore PRs, Foreigners welcome Malaysians preferred.
- Able to communicate well in English Knowledge of Mandarin will be advantageous.
- Proactive, meticulous with a willingness to learn.
- Service oriented and able to work in a team with good communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel will be advantageous.
Work Schedule:
This job has the following work schedule:
30 to 40 hours / week
5.5 days / week
9am - 6pm
5 days / week
