Job Scope

  • Preparation of Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, Payment vouchers, etc.
  • Track and update item stock.
  • Perform General Admin Duties &
    handle all general incoming call.
  • Liaising with vendors and customers via phone and email.
  • Filing of invoices, delivery order, purchase order and other documents.
  • General paperwork, e.G. scanning / photocopying documents, and any other tasks as instructed.
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly invoices and statement of accounts.
  • Any other administrative tasks as requested.

Requirements

  • Singaporeans, Singapore PRs, Foreigners welcome Malaysians preferred.
  • Able to communicate well in English Knowledge of Mandarin will be advantageous.
  • Proactive, meticulous with a willingness to learn.
  • Service oriented and able to work in a team with good communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel will be advantageous.


Work Schedule:

This job has the following work schedule:
30 to 40 hours / week
5.5 days / week
9am - 6pm
5 days / week
