Key Responsibilities
- Supporting manager in carrying out the implementation plans for digitisation of records
- Indexing and capturing metadata of files for digitisation
- Arranging and creating references for items in files
- Checking of digitised images and listings based on procedures established, and document QC check findings
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Key Requirements:
- Only Singaporean.
- Degree in any related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data entry purpose
