Construction Firm looking for Administrative Assistant.


  • Coordinate and follow up on outstanding purchase order, delivery schedule and supplier payments.
  • Maintain accurate suppliers list, record of purchase and product prices.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal staff for procurement and related matters.
  • Any other ad-hoc or administration matters assigned.
  • Update of workers timecard
  • Posted to Changi construction site office.
  • Transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT &
    Yishun MRT.


Job Requirement


  • Fresh grad are welcome.
  • Autocad / Computer knowledge.
  • Plumbing &
    Sanitary background. (With Electrical background will be advantage)
  • Meticulous and good communication skill.
  • Good negotiation skill.
