Building Materials Trading Company requires a Sales /Purchase/Logistics Adminstrative Assistant.




Candidate will be responsible for the following :


1. Coordinating logistical arrangements for our local operations.


2. Coordinating deliveries from our suppliers in Malaysia.


3. Handling sales enquiries from clients.


4. Sourcing for products and understanding the product specifications.


5. Preparing all the necessary paperwork for submission to our accounts department for processing, including preparing invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders etc.


6. Assist our company operational staff to apply for the necessary entry passes to Jurong Port, Port of Singapore Authority, Changi Cargo complex etc.


7. Handle operational staff petty cash and overtime claims record.


8. Handle any other necessary administrative duties during the normal course of work.


9. Proficent with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Messaging Platform Whatsapp and PDF files.


10. Customer centric with friendly personality as there will be much engagement over the telephone with clients and suppliers.. Attentive to detail and responsible.




Five and a half working days per week. Competitive remuneration based on experience.
