  • Leading nutraceutical company is looking for an energetic and diligent person to join our Administrative team.
  • The successful candidate must possess the requisite experience to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • The successful candidate should be fluent in Microsoft Office software such as Excel and Word. He/She should also be savvy with working on an ERP system to deliver his/her work.


The selected candidate's main duties are as follows:


  • Process sales orders and create invoices for both customers and Retail partners.
  • Check customer detail and process daily invoices.
  • Generate reports.
  • Data Entry
  • Working as part of a team ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying, etc.
  • Managing retail showroom and inventory
  • Perform all other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.


You can expect to be compensated at the market rate with MOM stipulated medical and hospitalisation leave.


14 days annual leave and performance bonus for staff who have fulfilled more than 6 months of service.
