Working Hours:
Mon to Fri Office Hours


Contract Role


Monthly Salary:
up to $2500 per month




Job Scope:


  • Assist programme manager in administrative duties
  • Manage and follow up with enquiries received and consult officers for any complex issues
  • Assist with the monthly processing and raising of invoices and any matters relating to invoices
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to seamlessly integrate translated content into marketing materials.


Requirements:


  • Diploma or above, preferably in business administration
  • 3 to 5 years of working experience preferably in Customer Care Management and/or Ops Admin Management
  • Good customer service, communication, project management and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, e.G. Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook etc.
  • Proficient in Pivot Table will be advantageous.
  • Meticulous with good attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and be proactive.
