We are a fast-growing education center looking for a regular Part-Time Admin to join our team. If you are a motivated individual with strong communication skills and administrative experience, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong administrative support to students, parents, and teachers
  • Handle administrative and operations duties, including data entry, classroom schedule planning, and ensuring the smooth running and cleanliness of the facilities
  • Communicate with parents and handle enquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Attend to phone and walk-in queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage registrations and payments
  • Facilitate sales and business development
  • Complete ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Prior administrative experience is preferred
  • Ability to work on weekends (9am - 6pm) and weekdays (2pm - 8pm)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
  • Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 6 months in the role

This is a regular part-time position with the potential to convert to a permanent role after 6 months.


Work Schedule:

This job has the following work schedule:
9am - 6pm
10 to 20 hours / week
20 to 30 hours / week
