Administrator - Part-Time

We are a fast-growing education center looking for a regular Part-Time Admin to join our team. If you are a motivated individual with strong communication skills and administrative experience, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong administrative support to students, parents, and teachers
- Handle administrative and operations duties, including data entry, classroom schedule planning, and ensuring the smooth running and cleanliness of the facilities
- Communicate with parents and handle enquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Attend to phone and walk-in queries and provide excellent customer service
- Manage registrations and payments
- Facilitate sales and business development
- Complete ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Prior administrative experience is preferred
- Ability to work on weekends (9am - 6pm) and weekdays (2pm - 8pm)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 6 months in the role
This is a regular part-time position with the potential to convert to a permanent role after 6 months.
Work Schedule:

9am - 6pm
10 to 20 hours / week
20 to 30 hours / week
