After Sales Service/Technical Manager (Electrical/Av System/Products)

Responsibilities:

• Provide post-sales technical support for audio visual products and systems.
  
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess technical requirements and provide recommendations.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio visual systems.
  
• Assist in the configuration, installation, and calibration of audio visual equipment.
  
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product demonstrations and presentations.
  
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITE in Electrical Engineering, AV Technology, or equivalent.
  
• At least 5 years of experience in post-sales technical support for audio visual products is preferred.
  
• Prior experience in automation programming will be an added advantage.
  
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of audio-visual systems and equipment.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
