Responsibilities:

To be responsible for achieving total sales target of the company by:

• Recruiting new beauty salon outlets and increasing the total sales.
  
• To achieve targeted sales goal and new salons goal.
  
• To organize and implement marketing strategies, sales promotion activities and mechanics such as product launches so as to increase the total Sales of Company.
  
• To develop and train new beauty outlet owners by organizing and conducting seminars, training, visits and counselling sessions.
  

Requirements:

• Outdoor sales.
  
• Good network in local beauty Salons
  
• Must possess Beauty knowledge
  
• At least 1 year experience in salon and retail cosmetics distribution
  
• Preferably Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General, Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  
• Candidate must possess at least O levels/ A levels, Poly.
  
• Develop and train new beauty outlet owners by organizing and conducting seminars, training, visits and counselling sessions.)
