Responsibilities:


  • 50% hunter, 50% farming for Air Freight.
  • Create new customers in the industry vertical and target them
  • Prepare a list of key accounts and effectively establish air products/services in targeted trade lanes.
  • Weekly sales calls, follow up on all air sales leads.
  • Provide the FF Sales leader with weekly and monthly reports.
  • Timely response to the Tenders/RFQs
  • To ensure customer satisfaction and business retention, organize and participate in regular reviews with the accounts
  • Ensure Personal sales targets and KPI are met
  • Provide customers and potential customers with rate quotes


Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in International Air Cargo / Freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent in Sales and marketing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
